Kin Knives is a family-run business specialising in authentic Japanese kitchen knives, working closely with skilled makers and workshops across Japan. Founded in 1994, we offer a carefully selected range of knives for home cooks and professional chefs alike, alongside expert advice, sharpening and repair services. Our opening times are updated monthly on our website. As we're a small team and regularly attend food shows around the country, we occasionally need to close the showroom for a few days. We always recommend checking the opening dates on the day you plan to visit, as these can sometimes change at short notice. You're also very welcome to give us a call or drop us an email beforehand to make sure we're here! Saturdays are by appointment only.
